The Bridge Center

The Bridge Center offers counseling and other complimentary treatments (such as massage, reiki, meditation and a variety of other programs and services) to support healthy lifestyle choices. Our counselors and holistic practitioners work as a team to facilitate the healing of mind, body and spirit. In addition, The Bridge serves a hub of connection, offering service linkage and referrals to other resources in the community that may provide additional support. Together, we will help you bridge the gap from hurting to healing.

Sandy McGarvey, MTS, LPC

Sandy is the founder of The Bridge 501 (c) 3. Having lived through her own mental health issues as a young adult, Sandy has a passion for guiding and supporting those who feel overwhelmed by the symptoms of a mental health condition. By creating a safe, nurturing environment, she is able to help others release the sense of stigma that often blocks true healing. Through clinical and holistic interventions, Sandy strives to get to the route cause of suffering rather than merely symptom management. She is a trained EMDR practitioner who can help to identify and process unresolved issues from childhood or past trauma. Sandy will meet you at your own level of readiness to help unlock any limiting beliefs that keep you from living a life of freedom and authenticity.
